 Are PhillySwirl products allergen friendly?
            We encourage you to read the product ingredient information for your specific needs, and take note of the product-specific allergen information. The majority of the items we produce (except for the Fruit Dips) do not contain any of the top eight most common food allergens:
    • Peanut free
    • Tree nut free
    • Gluten/wheat free
    • Dairy free
    • Egg free
    • Soy free
    • Sesame free
    • Shellfish/fish free

  How do you avoid cross contamination with food allergens?
Whenever we switch from producing an allergen to a non-allergen product, we do a complete shutdown of the production lines. The lines are then thoroughly cleaned, re-tested and documented before production starts back up.
  Do you manufacture allergen products on the same line as non-allergen products?
We do try to keep the two separate, however it is not always possible during certain peak production periods. It is important to know that whenever we switch from producing a product with a food allergen to a food allergen-free product, we do a complete shutdown of the production lines. The lines are then thoroughly cleaned, re-tested and documented before production starts back up.
  Why do you use the gums I see on the ingredient panel?
You may notice that these gums- xantham, locust bean, and guar- are common ingredients in our products. We use small amounts of these plant-based thickeners to help create the uniquely smooth texture of a PhillySwirl. Without them we’d be a sad puddle of juice!
  Are your products kosher?
Many of our products are Kosher certified. Be sure to look for the OU symbol on the packaging for confirmation.
  What should I do if I have a problem with a product?
We’re sorry to hear you’ve had a problem with your PhillySwirl product. Contact us using our form so that we can find the best way to help resolve it.
  Why aren’t all PhillySwirl products available in all stores?
If you are unable to find PhillySwirl products at your preferred grocery store, we recommend that you express your interest to your store’s frozen foods manager. You can find our most widely distributed products by using our product locator.
